Manchester city centre law firm seeks experienced personal injury solicitor or legal executive. Basic Salary to £27000 plus bonus
This ambitious and entrepreneurial personal injury practice has a need for an experienced personal injury solicitor or legal executive to handle a caseload of around 120 files and to work in a small team. The firm currently has 40 staff and is expanding. With an array of suppliers, the firm is busy and experiencing an increase in work as a result of their reputation for providing excellent customer service to clients in their sector. The firm currently deals exclusively with RTA but is expanding into other areas.
This firm is slightly unique in that the culture is one of autonomy and responsibility on the part of the solicitors and fee earners in the business.
They are looking for an experienced personal injury fee earner for the team. You will have at least 12 months, ideally more experience of handling your own caseload of RTA, good CPR knowledge and experience of litigating. Your caseload will include around 50% of litigated files. You will be either a legal executive or a newly qualified to two years pqe solicitor seeking a refreshing working environment with the ability to earn good bonus and with support around you to progress you through the business.
