THE ROLE
The firm's Real Estate Litigation expertise covers a wide range of issues including every aspect of the relationship between landlord and tenant including business lease renewals, disputed rent reviews and dilapidations claims. Boundary and access issues, alleged infringements of rights of way, rights of light disputes and squatter actions are also handled on a regular basis. You will undertake a mixed caseload and be part of this dynamic, vibrant team.
