Personal Injury RTA Litigation Fee Earner - Surrey
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paralegal/ILEX/FILEX to take on a caseload of Personal Injury Claims arising from Road Traffic Accidents.
This clients Defendant Insurance Litigation team based in South West London is looking to appoint additional Paralegals/ILEX/FILEX's to deal with Road Traffic Accident Fast Track Personal Injury cases. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in running their own caseload and have the ability to deal with all aspects of litigation.
Qualifications are not necessary (e.g. law degree, LPC etc) but the successful candidate must have good communication skills for dealing with the client, third parties, insurers, other solicitors and the courts. They are looking for a team player with common sense, good organisational and PC skills, enthusiasm and the ability to work to deadlines. Candidates will be considered with either claimant or defendant skills.
This client is known in the market for being down to earth and they really look after their staff… they offer good career prospects and training and work hard to make the office a nice place to be..
