Our client is a market-leading insurance law firm offering a comprehensive nationwide dispute resolution and litigation service from offices accoss the UK.
The are looking due to expansion to grown the Property Insurance and Constructions group in their London offices with the addition of a further Solicitor.
The Property Insurance and Construction Group handles most of the Firm's non-personal injury work. They deal with the full range of property casualty work, business interruption and policy coverage matters.
The team deals with all sizes of loss, from multi-million pound individual actions to the handling, on a delegated basis, of books of business which, collectively, could amount to large exposures.
The successful candidate should have experience in handling claims involving material damage, business interruption, construction, policy coverage and related risks on behalf of insurers. You will handle your own caseload reporting to a partner.
