Is Litigation Support your forte? The role will entail the education and training of litigation support software and tools to the lawyers and paralegals as well as creating case-specific software and databases, monitoring departmental goals, training, budgets and performances, and assisting with presentations. Prior experience within Litigation Support is absolutely essential for this role, within a law firm. Very strong experience of software programs, litigation support procedures and databases are also a baseline requirement - Concordance, Opticon, Casemap, LiveNote, FYI, Dealproof and iConnect. Additional advanced knowledge of hardware technology and software such as Windows XP and Office 2003 is vital to perform this role.
