A position has just arisen at this top-flight Litigation-focused US law firm. They are looking for a real team player who has had good exposure within Litigation to assist the Lawyers and work extremely closely with them within the following responsibilities; establishing data rooms, drafting of transactional documentation, assisting with due diligence processes, organising closings, carrying out legal research using online resources and assisting with verification procedures.
Suitable candidates will have 6 months+ Litigation Paralegal experience.
