Our client is seeking a Legal Executive to provide a high quality legal service to all clients on all aspects of personal injury claims. The role will include: Taking statements and instructions from clients, entering into correspondence and negotiation with insurers, carrying out preliminary investigations into liability and quantum, including research, advising as to offers of settlement made, under supervision, drafting schedules of special damages. You will run your own caseload of personal injury matters, ensuring: Appropriate risk management is carried out at the outset, Client expectations are properly set on costs, timescales and possible outcomes, Attendances and other actions are fully documented on the file, The CPR rules are adhered to, Conditional fee or other funding arrangements are in place, disbursements tracked and fees billed promptly on completion of a matter.
