This national heavyweight is seeking a solicitor who is about to qualify or someone who has qualified over the last 2-18 months to join their property litigation team handling a wide variety of work on behalf of both public and private sector clients.
The successful candidate will be building up a caseload of property litigation matters on behalf of clients such as housing associations, local authorities, developers and land owners, private landlords and mortgage providers. You must have experience of working in a property litigation department and ideally knowledge and experience of working on behalf of housing associations.
