Litigation Executive Liverpool Up to £30k
Our client is a niche practice specialising in good quality business debt recovery and also claimant landlord and tenant work. Their national client base predominantly consists of large commercial property management companies, estate agents and their respective clients.
They currently have 13 people (5 fee earners) working at brand new offices in Liverpool city centre. They are looking for an additional team member through the volume of new business they are receiving.
Job Summary: Conducting quantity of claimant orientated commercial debt recovery and landlord and tenant defended actions, winding up and bankruptcy actions to conclusion.
Experience required: At least 3 years experience of running your own defended litigation caseload, IT Literate, pro-active approach and a willingness to take ownership of problems, a following would be an advantage, advocacy skills, experience of residential landlord & tenant litigation especially relating to long leaseholds and ability to work with minimum supervision.
Holidays are 22 days per annum rising to 25 days after 2 years excluding public holidays.
