PI Litigation Fee Earner Non Delegated Unit Coventry With a solid reputation based upon a combination of a no-nonsense outlook, approachable people, commerciality and above all, the ability to deliver; this outstanding legal firm has thrived where others have faulted. They currently have an exceptional opportunity for a PI Litigation Fee earner to join the team and work on a number of fast-track, multi-track and pre-action disclosure applications involving EL, PL and RTAs claims. Working under appropriate supervision, you will be expected to pursue conclusion of a file as soon as practically possible, ensuring client guidelines are adhered to. You will quickly review files and formulate initial strategy, analyse relevant information, conduct telephone negotiations with third party solicitors and liaise with insured/insurers where necessary. In addition, you may be required to promote the department and the business through client entertainment ensuring the longevity of client relationships. You will be an outstanding communicator with the ability to manage heavy workloads and perform effectively under pressure.
