Excellent Preston based Head of Litigation opportunity with multi branch independent law firm. Salary upwards of £28k.
Applications are invited from qualified candidates who are able to lead by example & manage a full & varied debt recovery caseload. The role would suit a hard-working FILEX, someone with initiative, drive and a 'hands-on approach'.
The Department Head will lead a small team with the view to developing existing new & existing referrer relationships. Applicants should be confident handling debt collection, be fully versed with litigation procedures & possess strong technical knowledge of CPR, court processes and enforcements. Caseload will include the handling of insolvency proceedings.
At all times the successful candidate will work closely with clients & referrers to provide innovative solutions. Good inter-personal & organisational skills are essential, as is an excellent telephone manner & proven negotiation skills.
Flexibility and the commitment to work in a managerial role with involvement as an integral part of a professional team are essential. The right applicant will be rewarded with a competitive salary. Full training will be given.
