Based on the border of Hertfordshire and North London, our client requires a Commercial Litigation Solicitor or FILEX to take over an existing caseload. It is for an immediate start and salary is negotiable.
Examples of experience required -
Debt Recovery, Customer/supplier, agent/distributor, building disputes, confidentiality/copyright
employment/restrictive covenants, other contractual disputes including disputes on terms and conditions along with misrepresentation, partnership/boardroom disputes, shareholder disputes,
insolvency,
property (including landlord and tenant), professional negligence, intellectual property matters,
enforcement and inheritance disputes
