COMMERCIAL INSURANCE LITIGATION FEE EARNER - WEST MIDLANDS
Renowned national insurance litigation firm seeks Commercial Insurance Litigation Fee earner with 3 - 7 years experience to run a caseload of commercial litigation files, generally in relation to recoveries, contractual disputes, policy interpretation and and product liability claims, from start to finish. This will include heading up the team. the successful candidate will be a dynamic individual with the ability to use own initiative, with good listening and verbal communication skills, the ability to maintain concentration and pay attention to detail, to self organise and self prioritise and to work under pressure and to target. A good level of IT skills is essential. An excellent opportunity for someone to continue to develop their legal skills in a busy and challenging area of the law
