A budding Coventry law firm is currently seeking a highly skilled Solicitor who has sound knowledge of Civil/Commercial Litigation law. Salary up to £45k.
The Client: Our client has a fantastic reputation throughout Warwickshire with this role based in the Leamington Spa branch. It is a professional yet friendly firm with Quality Accreditation from the British Standards Institute and the Legal Services Commission.
The Role: Our client is seeking an experienced Solicitor who has sound knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules, contract law, tort, trespass, nuisance and landlord and tenant as this role will cover commercial and civil litigation and dispute resolution. The successful candidate will be required to: Handle an existing caseload, developing the client base, promoting and marketing the firm, providing an efficient and quality service to clients and all other duties as required. Candidates must have a current Practising Certificate, a full driving licence and use of car, IT skills and strong negotiating, presentation, marketing and interpersonal skills.
