Property Litigation Solicitor-£40k-£50k-East Sussex
Our client is one of the TOP law firms in East Sussex with a strong representation across the region.
They have a vacancy for an additional Property Litigation Solicitor to work in their Head Office.
The ideal candidate will have landlord and tenant, enfranchisement and lease extensions experience. You must be able to handle both the conveyancing and litigation aspects of landlord and tenant work and also have general litigation experience.
The work is mainly for commercial clients including debt collection and contract disputes.
Our client will consider Property Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of one to three years of recent relevant experience or a Legal Executive with strong Property Litigation strengths.
