BIRMINGHAM: L500 firm need to add two Commercial Litigation Paralegals to an already well-lawyered practice. You'll be managing disputes across a whole range of practice areas, such as energy and utilities, contractual disputes, warranty claims, injunctive relief and professional negligence claims. You'll also have exposure to a wide range of sectors including financial services, licensing, healthcare and franchising and will be running your own files.
You'll be taken under the wing of 3 partners with acknowledge expertise and gain practical skills to hold you in great stead for the future. A high proportion of this firm's paralegals go on to obtain training contracts here and elsewhere, due to the quality of work on offer. Alternatively, the firm is very meritocratic and offers an excellent environment for career paralegals - for example, non-solicitors have reached Associate status.
