Join a great team, working for partners on a variety of commercial litigation matters to include disputes of a corporate nature, general contractual disputes and may also involve some insurance litigation. Working within this high profile team you will have the opportunity to become involved in the following areas:
· Alternative dispute resolution
· Arbitrations, national and international
· Breach of trust and fiduciary duty claims
· Commercial contract disputes including breach of confidentiality
· Disputes on purchase and sale agreements including breach of warranty and indemnity claims
· Disputes relating to defective goods and substandard services
· Injunctions including breaches of restrictive covenants in commercial agreements, freezing orders and search and seize orders
· Negligence claims in commerce and industry
· Partnership and shareholder disputes
· Product liability and product recall
· Pursuit and defence of commercial contract claims
