A friendly and highly skilled Solicitor is currently needed for a pro-active Commercial Litigation team in Birmingham. Salary up to £50k.
The Client: Our client is a Legal 100 firm, its history can date back to the late 1880's but the firm became its own in the late 1980's when a successful merge amplified the firms growing success. Both nationally and internationally known this firm has offices situated throughout the UK and abroad, including Italy and Germany. This firm continues to grow and expand and is one of the biggest names in the law industry.
The Role: Our client is looking to recruit a Solicitor to undertake a mixed caseload of Commercial Litigation work. The successful candidate should have gained solid Commercial Litigation experience and have a strong practice background. The successful candidate will have experience in all or some of the following areas: Warranty claims, Commercial disputes, Injunctions, Misrepresentation claims and Corporate transactions. This is an exciting time to join with the opportunity to get involved in a highly varied caseload with plenty of scope for direct client contact. The role will suit an outgoing person with the ability to supervise assistant fee earners within the team.
Good prospects for candidates, who have the drive to strengthen, broaden and take clients relationships forward. Salary up to £50k, to vary depending upon previous experience.
