This established firm is looking to bring in an additional commercial litigation solicitor with 0-1 yrs PQE into its growing commercial litigation team at Birmingham. You will have the opportunity to undertake a varied caseload to include:
· Commercial contract disputes
· Intellectual property
· Shareholder and partnership disputes
· Sale of goods/supply of service disputes
· Companies Act
· Product liability
· Property disputes
· Construction and engineering
· Information technology disputes
· Negligence and professional negligence
· Warranty claims
· Breach of trust and fiduciary claims
· Judicial review
· Insurance disputes
· Franchising
· Regulatory issues
· Libel and defamation
