Our client is a leading commercial firm with established, longstanding links to Birmingham and the Midlands market. They now seek a commercial litigation lawyer to join their successful partner-led team handling wide ranging commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters. Work includes complex mainstream litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes, health & safety, product liability, contract disputes and much more. This friendly and well managed team acts for major clients spanning a range of business sectors.
You will be an NQ or assistant solicitor with at least 12 months pqe and a background as a litigator. You'll be smart, proactive, client led and passionate about litigation and you'll be keen to join an innovative and forward moving UK firm with an exceptional track-record in the Midlands.
