**LITIGATION PARALEGAL - BIRMINGHAM - EXCELLENT FIRM**
Our Client is a leading and successful firm in the centre of Birmingham. They have a superb opportunity for a Paralegal to join their Legal 500 recommended Personal Injury and Insurance Claims department. You will join their Credit Hire Litigation (Uninsured Loss Recovery) team.
The role will require you to recover losses on post issue matters on behalf of both individuals and blue chip clients. Here, you will be dealing with credit hire claims as well as diminution in value claims, repair costs, engineers' fees, loss of use, etc.
You must have post issue experience within litigation, and experience in dealing with credit hire claims is preferred (the latter is not essential).
The successful candidate will have the ability to work under pressure, achieve targets and deadlines, is essential. The position requires the employee to do all his / her own typing and all other administrative duties.
