Are you looking for a quality firm in Commercial Litigation?? This could be for you! Our Client is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor for their Dispute Resolution Team. Here, you will be working for partners across the team on a variety of matters and range of work of a general litigation nature. This could include disputes of a corporate nature, general contractual disputes and may also involve some insurance litigation.
The ideal candidate will be a recently qualified solicitor or a trainee approaching qualification who has:
Trained at a firm with a strong commercial litigation department and undertake at least one commercial litigation seat during the course of a training contract.
o Experience of undertaking a commercial litigation caseload during the course of training contract
o An understanding the commercial litigation process and an understanding of Court procedures
o Experience of liaising with clients, experts and colleagues alike.
