A Litigation Solicitor is required to join a Business Services team to handle Civil and Commercial Litigation work. The role includes contract disputes, consumer claims, negligence claims, debt recovery. personal injury,building and boundary disputes, property/landlord and tenant litigation, and contentious probate claims. Applicants should have previous good quality experience of general litigation work. An excellent salary, 5 weeks holiday, staff pension scheme, life assurance, and a contribution towards parking costs are available.
