Required by an expanding, modern practice a Solicitor specialising in the license trade and brewing industry looking for a wide and varied position.
With support and training from an industry focused specialist you will be involved in buying/selling individual or portfolios of pubs/restaurants and/or hotels, nightclubs, late night venues and gambling venues, Estate management landlord and tenant matters for FTSE 100 and 250 and AIM listed companies.
Ideally you will come from a London or Regional City practice, or possibly be working in-house already in the sector and able to show proof of consistent academics.
You should also have a strong and outgoing personality with a willingness to take on a wider practice area and to get close to other legal disciplines eg. Employment law; commercial and competition law; licensing law and gambling law.
