Interim Assistant Company Secretary

Our client, a successful blue chip company in the engineering / manufacturing sector seeks a highly motivated interim assistant company secretary for a 6 month contract. This varied role involves providing support for the company secretary through project management, providing advice on company law specifically the 2008 share offer working internationally, as well as research.

Chartered secretary (ACIS) qualification is essential and ideally you will have recent experience in a company secretary role and be willing to start as soon as possible.
