An exciting opportunity has become available to join one of the worlds most renowned and professional US & International Law Firms, based in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for the day to day support for 3 attorneys so this is an extensively varied role which incorporates a mixture of responsibilities from document production, diary management, expenses, billing, personal work and the handling of all travel bookings/itineraries. The successful candidate will possess very professional interpersonal skills twinned with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with clients and staff at all levels in both written and spoken French/English to the highest standard. Candidates must have at least 2 to 3 years legal secretarial experience within a Legal Firm.
