LEGAL recruiter/administrator required by leading legal recruitment agency with national coverage. Ideally you will have worked in private practice and understand the roles of legal personnel such as a legal secretary or have had experience in legal recruitment. The role will encompass interviewing candidates, typing up CVs, typing up new vacancies and keeping these updated with jobs sites. You will need a clear, concise telephone manner with good negotiation skills and be very organised in your approach. The role is very varied so you should have a flexible and adaptable nature and a willingness to be involved at all levels of the business including supporting the MD on specific projects. You should have a good standard of qualification and in particular written and spoken English and excellent attention to detail. Salary is a basic plus generous commission to encourage proactiveness.
