Legal Secretary
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £15,000 - £16,000
An opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join the Catastrophic Injury Department. Working within the Receivership Department and the Catastrophic Injury Department
Responsibilities:
Audio typing of correspondence, reports, forms and other documents via the digital dictation system
High volume of administrative tasks inclusive of filing and photocopying
Dealing with large volume client telephone calls
Provide the first line of support to fee earning staff
Maintain all paper and electronic files in an orderly and retrievable manner
Ensure and maintain a high standard of service and communication with Clients of the Firm
Skills:
Experience working as a Legal Secretary
Numerate, IT literate, have excellent audio typing, communication and organization skills
