Float Legal Secretary
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £14,000 - £16,000
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join a top legal firm that actively encourages development within a friendly environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a legal secretary to experience several different areas of law.
Responsibilities:
Provide cover where necessary for all Cardiff departments
Also provide remote assistance for all branches to clear any backlog of dictation
Audio typing of correspondence, reports, forms and other documents via the digital dictation system
Provide the first line of support to fee earning staff.
Maintain all paper and electronic files in an orderly and retrievable manner.
Skills:
IT literate with the ability to quickly learn new IT systems,
Good audio typing
Good communication and organizational skills
