Probate Legal Executive
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000
Location: Bristol
This is a Fantastic opportunity for a Legal Executive with Probate experience to join one of the UK’s top forward thinking Law Firms. You will be required to efficiently and profitably run a team of Probate and Estate administrators and Case Handlers.
Responsibilities:
To manage probate team
To monitor, support and mentor all members of the team
To handle probate and estate administrations of a higher level of complexity
To deal with Taxable estates or Complex matters
To deal with regulatory compliance requirements, money laundering regulations, suspicious and fraudulent transactions and the reporting of such
STEP Diploma Course completed and registered as a TEP or willingness to obtain
Skills:
An ability to assimilate very complex information and communicate it to others in a lucid manner and in a way suitable to their particular level of understanding
An ability to interact with senior management and must be able to work with all levels within the organization
Sound knowledge of the company’s products and the ability to recognise opportunities to sell services to customers
An understanding of probate and estate administration principals
Clear and professional approach to handling complex situations
Ability to dissect facts from extraneous information
Supervise a team of case handlers and assistants to meet business objectives including conclusion and fee generation targets
