A highly regarded and successful Manchester law firm is currently recruiting for a Costs Negotiator/Draftsperson to help support the firm. Salary up to £30k.
The Client: Our client is a Legal 500 firm that since its establishment in the early 1980's has undergone a series of successful and strategic mergers that has seen the practice grow rapidly across England. The various offices that the firm possess ensures that clients from all over the Country can benefit from their full and specific legal expertise.
The Role:Our client is looking for individuals who like working as part of a team, are enthusiastic and are willing to listen as well as advise on costs issues. The firm use the 'CostsMaster' bill program, together with a case management system. Experience in any/all areas of costs preferred but full training can/will be provided internally and externally as appropriate. The successful candidate will be expected to support a number of departments by way of bill drafting, negotiations, replies, some points of dispute, joint statements and Advocacy.
A varied and rewarding role with a salary of up to £30k.
