COSTS LITIGATOR - HAMPSHIRE A Costs Litigator or Law Costs Draftsperson is required to join a small but busy costs team in Hampshire, acting for insurance companies. The candidate must be able to demonstrate relevant experience, appropriate technical knowledge of CPR and caselaw, and good negotiating skills. The successful candidate will be expected to assist generally with the further development of the costs teams work and profile and, depending upon experience and performance, the opportunity exists to take a leading role.
