Our Clients law firm are currently seeking to recruit a Costs Draftsperson/Negotiator for their Industrial Disease Group, you will be working in a team of 14 People ranging from Solicitors to secretaries.
Applicants must have experience with drafting bills of costs of all descriptions, drafting points of dispute/replies, managing your own caseload, negotiating settlement of costs claims. The ideal candidate will be a member of the Association of Law Costs Draftsmen, however applicants who aren't need still apply.
