Job Title: Trainee Fee Earner

Location: York or Wakefield

Salary: £19,570 + Benefits

The Role

The Trainee Fee Earner role within our Legal Services team is a unique, developmental role to help ambitious people acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and confidence to deliver a quality claims handling service to Minster Law clients. Our Trainee Fee Earners are responsible for handling their own portfolio of Fast Track RTA/Personal Injury compensation claims within a supportive, albeit challenging environment. 

As a Trainee Fee Earner, you will receive in-depth coaching and mentoring at all stages of the claims handling process in order to successfully progress compensation claims through to settlement whilst minimizing write-offs, providing excellent client care and contributing to the general success of the department.

As we see the Trainee Fee Earner role as critical to the future growth of our business, we will look for you to be exceptionally customer-focused, results-oriented with a positive approach to challenging targets and objectives.  You will need to be self-motivated and well-organised with a strong desire to develop yourself into a fully competent Personal Injury Fee Earner.
