An outstanding opportunity has arisen within one of the UK's top law firms for an IT Analyst to join the IT team providing telephone and Helpdesk support to users throughout the company. Working closely with the IT Team this role is suited to a candidate looking to become an active member of a busy and proactive IT helpdesk team dealing with everything from general queries through to helping with the development of new and existing systems.
If you have technical support experience gained in a Microsoft environment with a high level of problem solving using a sound logical approach coupled with experience with a multitude of applications including case management systems, Microsoft Office, digital dictation and integrated products this could be your next role. Ideal candidates will have a high level of customer service skills and be committed to delivering an exceptional standard of service to users coupled with being both a strong team player yet with the ability to work autonomously and to schedule their own resource appropriately.
Due to the nature of this role it is essential that applicants have a minimum of 18 months experience gained in a legal helpdesk environment.
