An experienced and highly skilled HR Manager is currently required for a growing Wolverhampton law firm. Salary up to £ .
The Client: Our client is the successful result of three local Midlands firms merging in the late 1970's. Currently the firm employ over 145 skilled staff who operate from three growing offices.
The Role: Our client is an expanding and forward-thinking firm that currently needs a new HR Manager due to maternity. The successful candidate will be responsible for Fee Earning recruitment, carrying out appraisals, organising training, handling own team, dealing with all personnel matters such as disciplinaries, planning future strategies etc. Candidates will be reporting directly to the partners. Ideal candidates will possess a good sense of humour together with a practical outlook, commercial awareness and be able to identify how best training and personnel development can be implemented. Candidates must have undertaken a similar role ideally within a Legal environment and hold the CIPD qualification.
An exciting and varied role which will offer the right candidate a salary of up to £45k, free car parking, 23 days holiday, Bupa healthcare etc.
