One of the UK's leading law firms is recruiting for an experienced Business Manager to lead its highly regarded Fraud Team. Based in state of the art offices in the heart of Birmingham, this is an exciting role which requires a confident and professional people leader to ensure the continual growth of this team.
Overseeing the smooth running of the department, you will be involved in day to day management of all personnel, and will therefore be a strong people leader and have experience in dealing with various HR issues as and when they arise. In addition you will be required to carry out frequent strategic reviews to ensure the team is running in the most profitable way possible as well as working alongside Partners and Department Heads ensuring strong client relationships are maintained as well in working towards building new business.
