One of the UK's leading independent law firms is looking to appoint a dedicated Learning & Development Consultant based at their office in Birmingham city centre to bring together, develop and progress the firm’s current Learning & Development function.
This is a senior role with part-time and flexible hours.
The role will include the use of all types of blended learning. The Learning & Development budget includes expenditure on external legal training and internal skills management training using external providers. The successful candidate will not have to be able to deliver a full range of training activities although some experience of delivering is desirable ; you will be implementing a learning and development strategy.
