We are recruiting for an experienced IT Helpdesk Team Leader to supervise a busy team of IT Helpdesk Advisors who provide a 1st and 2nd line level of support to personnel across all UK offices.
In addition to overseeing the team of Advisors, this is a hands on and varied role which will involve:-
* managing staff performance and delivery of KPIs
* ensuring allocation of tasks
* carrying out fault analysis
* management of projects
* escalating faults to relevant service providers.
In addition to previous experience gained as an IT Helpdesk Team Leader within a law firm or other professional service company, it is essential that applicants have an advanced understanding of Microsoft Office together with a working knowledge of case management systems.
