A friendly, professional and efficient Legal receptionist is currently required for a front of house role in a York law firm. Salary up to £13k.
The Client: Our client is a rapidly increasing firm which in the last fifteen years has developed to become one of the largest law firms based in York. As a firm they understand the trust they need to build up with their clients and have therefore built up their specialist departments focusing on aspects of Private and Commercial law.
The Role: Our client is seeking a skilled Receptionist who has ideally one years working experience of Reception duties within a law firm. The successful applicant will be acting as the first point of contact for all clients and will be required to undertake a variety of duties, including: Arranging refreshments, assisting the Office assistant in daily tasks, ordering water/stationary, admin duties, upkeep the reception area and all other duties as requested. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate an excellent telephone manner alongside excellent organisational skills.
An exciting opportunity for the right candidate to earn up to £13k.
