We are recruiting for a Practice Support Manager to join the Newcastle city centre offices of our client.
The role will involve reporting to the Managing Partner and supporting the roles of the managing, finance and human resources partners.
The role will involve carrying out the following duties;
·Managing the firm's recruitment, induction, disciplinary, welfare, sickness, appraisal and training procedures.
·Maintaining personnel records.
·Working closely with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the practice
·Managing the administration team supported by the Officer Administrator
The Practice Support Manager will be responsible for implementing strategies for business development, including implementing the firm's marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have previous people management experience, demonstrate previous project management experience and have the ability to work alone using their own initiative.
