LOCUM LEGAL SECRETARY - MANCHESTER
Nationwide ecclesiastical organisation are looking for a locum legal secretary to work for the Legal Section but also assist in the day to day work across the organisation, as required. Will be responsible for liaison between church organisations and this will include arranging meetings, circulation of documentation and minute taking.A minimum of 12 months UK legal experience is essential for this role.
Duties
Operate with colleagues the section's Case Management System and I.T. systems.
Undertake admin, clerical and typing duties as required in the organisation as a whole, including routine correspondence, letters, reports, and legal documents from audio and/or draft correspondence.
Deal with all telephone enquiries within your capability in the absence of the Legal Officers. Assist with the daily handling of mail.
Plan and organise work load to comply with established time constraints.
Maintain records and document filing system
Make appointments and organise the Team diary
Work co-operatively with other employees, clients and the public.
