Legal Receptionist Manchester - £16k

They are currently seeking a Legal Receptionist to provide reliable, high quality and timely support to the Manchester office, by effectively managing their own workload and meeting office and staff needs.
The role will involve ensuring all visitors and calls are dealt with in a courteous, efficient and timely manner, ensuring that booking facilities including couriers, taxis and conference rooms are dealt with in line with the department's procedures, ensuring the reception area and conference rooms are kept clean and tidy at all times and adequate refreshments are available. You will also be required to ensure logs are kept up-to-date, such as, for recording incoming special delivery mail, meeting room bookings, mobile phone loans and diary of office staff movement, ensure recipients are notified of special delivery items as quickly as possible, arrange or assist in setting up catering arrangements, set up video conferencing facility and conference calls, when required and efficiently operate SDX switchboard.
Candidates should have previous experience of working as Receptionist, ideally in a legal environment, will have worked in a professional environment, have excellent communication skills and be able to prioritise work.
