With possibly the lowest staff turnover at any of the London based US Law firms, this is a rare opportunity.  Working from 9am5pm, you will be supporting a Real Estate Partner who will actively encourage involvement in his work from his secretary.  He will require you to organise all his travel, deal with all expenses, deal with all e-mails and deal with client calls.  He will expect you to get to know his clients on first name terms and take an active interest in the files so as to be able to keep people up to date in his absence.  You will also work for two Associate Lawyers who are described as delightful to work for.  You will be involved in the handling of all forms and searches which overall will translate into a 50% typing, 50% admin role.  Candidates must have at least two years Real Estate/Commercial Property experience gained at senior level at a reputed City Law firm.
