Our client is seeking a friendly and productive Legal Secretary for their friendly firm in Leeds. Salary up to £15k.
The Role: Our client is seeking experienced Secretaries with a minimum of two years working experience within a similar role, in addition to a minimum typing speed of 50Wpm. The firm is lively and energetic with the successful candidate due to join a friendly team of Secretaries. Duties will include: Diary management, taking incoming calls, faxing, filing, audio typing and all other duties as requested.
The successful candidate will be receiving training in all areas of the role, which will include:Word processing and file management, Accounts and Billing procedures, Diary control and Telephone techniques and core communications skills.
