A top 10 Legal 500 firm is currently seeking an additional Legal Cashier for their growing Leeds office. Salary up to £35k.
The Client: Our client is one of the largest full service law firms in the world and currently holds 32 offices in major cities across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia. Our client services six main practice areas: commercial, corporate, human resources, legal systems, litigation and dispute management, real estate. Certainly one of the most successful law firms in the UK our client boasts a loyal global client base consisting of business entities & the public sector.
The Role: Our client is seeking experienced Legal Cashiers who have excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate will be required to ensure all purchase ledger invoices are entered on the Elite System in accordance with the firms SLA, produce cheques and make chaps payments. Candidates will also allocate BACS and cheque receipts to the Office Account, transfer funds, handle daily banking and liaise with other departments. Ideal candidates will have worked within the legal sector and have good working knowledge of Solicitor's Accounts Rules (SAR). Candidates must be computer literate, able to use Excel as an integral tool and have working knowledge of computerised accounting systems.
Excellent benefits and a salary of up to £25k for the right Legal Cashier.
