A skilled Law Costs Draftsman with an enthusiasm and commitment to Law Costs is currently required for a friendly Leeds firm. Salary up to £30k.
The Client: Our client has been successfully established since the mid 1980's and over time has developed and increased in size, with the firm now operating from 11 offices throughout England and Wales. Over 75 hard working and committed staff ensure the daily reputation of this budding firm.
The Role: Law costs Draftsmen who are highly experienced and skilled within this field are currently required for a developing team. Ideal candidates should have undertaken a similar role for three or more years and be fully competent in law Costs. The successful candidate will be preparing straightforward and complex bills of costs, dealing with all aspects of the detailed assessment process and all other duties as necessary. Candidates must demonstrate excellent negotiating and Advocacy skills and ideally be an ALCD member. In addition candidates should be able to prepare all their work electronically, have a good working knowledge of CPR and be enthusiastic about law costs.
