An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Cashier to join a Blackburn based solicitors, the firm offers a good benefits package.
The role involves:
·Responsible for all Legal Cashiering including Client and office account
·Transmitting Monies for Completions
·Purchase Ledger including Batching and Coding
·Banking & Cheque Runs
·Working within a team
·Maintenance of Petty Cash
·Billing and counsels ledger
·Dealing with any queries
·Dealing with Partners and Fee earners expense claims
·Liaising with Partners & Fee Earners
·Attending to ledger balance queries
·Entering annual budget figures into system, month end reports
You must be experienced with the Solicitors Accounts Rules, hardworking, reliable and a good team player.
