Established regional law firm has an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Technician to provide a front line service from the IT department to all its users from their busy Kent office.
Key Tasks:
* You will be responsible for logging calls and monitoring their status
* Resolving problems
* Development of various websites
* Maintain and development the firm's intranet and website
Skills & Experience:
* Previous legal experience would be desirable
* Experience of Windows 2000, Office 2000, Exchange 2000 and HP printers would be advantageous
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Team player
* Methodical, accurate and organised
Working Hours: 8am to 16.15pm Monday to Friday (additional hours may be required)
