Like travel and training? Fantasic opportunity to deliver the training curriculum of this major international player in the Asia region and contribute fully to initiatives aimed at raising individual and team performance throughout the Asia region.
You will be involved in delivering and developing programmes to support the development needs of support staff in the Asia region. You will undertake needs analyses, produce project plans, conduct associated research, and deliver new programmes aimed at improving the effectiveness and efficiency of those working in the Asia region.
The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with experience of providing training. If you did not qualify as a lawyer you must have experience of training in either a legal practice or professional services environment. On a personal level you will be committed to excellence and prepared to use initiative, be energetic, creative and dynamic and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate in one of more Asian languages would be an advantage but is not a prerequisite for this role. Geographical areas covered include Hong Kong, Thailand and Singapore with occasional travel to London.
